Next up, the ingredients!

For this recipe, you will need:

2 whole frozen bananas (cut into thirds)

½ cup of raspberries

¼ cup of almond milk

¼ cup of chocolate chips

*Almond milk will make the raspberry smoothie bowl taste sweeter, however, any milk you have will work just fine.*

Make sure that if you are freezing, your own bananas, you take off the peel before freezing them. A frozen banana with its peel is very challenging to take off and use.

For this recipe, we chose to use fresh raspberries, because even now the end consistency is not as thick, and the raspberry flavor can be tasted more.

The end is ultimately up to you but if you want a richer, fruity taste then fresh raspberries are the way to go.

With all of that covered, it’s time to reveal the steps for this raspberry smoothie bowl!

Step 1:

Cut the two frozen bananas into thirds, and add them to the blender.

Step 2:

Add ½ cup of raspberries, ¼ cup of milk into the blender.

Depending on your preferences, you can use ½ cup of frozen raspberries instead to create a thicker consistency.

*Keep in mind that this can result in less raspberry flavor and more of a banana taste.*

Step 3:

Blend until everything has been mixed together. This usually takes about 30 seconds.

Step 4:

Add ¼ cup of chocolate chips to the mixture. Blend for 5 to 10 seconds.

If you prefer not to add chocolate chips, you can skip this step.

However, if you are looking for another topping to add to this recipe, spinach is another option.

Step 5:
