This post is all about healthy munchies snacks.
Recently, I have been OBSESSED with granola oat milk parfaits, which fall under the super yummy category of healthy munchies snacks.
Not only does it take less than three minutes to put together, but you can add as much or as little of each ingredient as you want.
This granola oat milk parfait can be a snack, or even a breakfast option, or something you can make as a healthy dessert.
As someone who really loves sweet things, the oat milk ties this snack together as a super sweet and delicious treat that I can make in just a couple of minutes.
This post is all about granola oat milk parfaits, a part of the umbrella of healthy munchies snacks.
If you’re not already enticed to try this out, then you may be pleased to know that there are multiple combinations of fruits and other foods you can mix into the granola so it tastes different each time.
It will still have the same underlying flavors, but the highlighted taste will be different depending on what you add.
You can make your own flavors like ‘strawberries and cream’, ‘blueberry pie’, or ‘coconut and chocolate’ to keep things interesting too!
This may be fun to try if you have little ones who are picky with their food, as it will offer several options that they can choose themselves.
As a healthy snack, it is super delicious. However, this is not a great food to make if you’re looking for something to take with you.

If you are trying to make time to sit down while eating, this may help you with that. It forces you to sit down and enjoy the healthy snack, instead of rushing through it to get to wherever you need to go.
However, making the snack itself only takes a couple of minutes.
Because it doesn’t take very long to make, it is an easy breakfast recipe to eat in the mornings when you are too tired to spend tons of effort on your meal but still want something that is super tasty and will include some healthy ingredients to energize you for your day.
The Recipe:
As the base, you will want to add to a cup or bowl granola and oat milk.
I prefer smaller granola because it makes it easier for the oat milk to cover each piece and also a little easier to eat.
Looking to add some extra flavor? You can use granola with nuts and other things in it like almonds and cranberries for a nice surprise if you don’t like to use plain granola.
I typically use plain granola and add fruit to it to keep the taste quite fresh.
However, if you have or like bigger granola pieces, you can use those as well and break them up or just leave them as is.
Oat milk can be purchased from any grocery store, there aren’t any special brands that I recommend, but an alternative to oat milk that would be just as good is almond milk.
Next, the toppings!
There are tons of toppings that you can add depending on what you’re craving.
Blueberries- Blueberries are a great bite-size option that will give you a mix of sweet and tart. They are easy to wash and prepare, so they may be the perfect pick!
Or if you just like blueberries the most, they are great!
Strawberries- Strawberries are super sweet when they’re in season, and you can leave them as they are or cut them up into smaller pieces to easily consume.
Peaches- We’re definitely moving more towards cereal vibes, but peaches and granola really go so well together. You can cut them up into slices to have on the side or into cubes to mix with your other ingredients.

Raspberries- Similar to blueberries, they require very little preparation before you can toss them in with the rest of your healthy snack. Just wash and dry, because they are already bite-sized enough.
Raspberries are more on the tart side, so they do well with balancing out the sweetness of the oat milk. They are healthy munchies and snacks all on their own!
Blackberries- Tart and sweet, like blueberries. They can sometimes be more of a mess if the juice gets everywhere, so just be careful when you’re eating them!
Bananas- You don’t even have to wash bananas! Just slice them up and they go well with granola on their own, or add it with some other fruits for a yummy twist on a parfait.
You can really add any fruits you want, but I have found that these compliment the granola and oat milk the best.
If you’re looking for even more food, you can make a smoothie to go along with your healthy munchies snacks, and then you can take the rest to go.
